One of our clients in the banking sector needed a platform to be the hub of information regarding both its clients and internal communication (area managers). They also needed to be able to coordinate their schedules in order to optimise the internal meetings with other departments.
We developed a digital platform, in which the area managers could indicate the needs to cover they detected in their areas; and also a private zone with their agenda, contacts details, status of the duties and goals.
These networking platforms can be combined with gamification to encourage further participation and reward the most interesting and useful proposals.
For a Family Day in a Theme Park, our client requested a tool to help them do the check-in for +1,000 attendees, offer them handy information and also be a communication hub for the event.
We built a tailored native app, so the attendees were just a click away of having all they needed to enjoy the day. The app allowed them not only to access the venue with a QR code, but to have in one place all the information with the agenda, schedules, maps, a social network and also a gallery with the pictures of the day. Within the social network there were a few contests to boost participation.
